1 - 'Tickets' to the party on MAY 1st 2009 are sold, issued and organized by San Blas and its owners know as 'the promoters' at www.cortijo-san-blas.com and www.sanblasforsale.com who's address is Cortijo San Blas, El Campillo, Lizaran, Velez Rubio, Andalucía, 04820. and the owners NIE number X6102302-B
2 - A maximum of 88,000 party 'tickets' will be issued. They are electronic tickets and not paper tickets. No actual paper tickets will be issued. (NOTE - that the number of tickets has to be this amount for us to be able to pay the huge tax bill and advertising as a result of this event - in the end the promoters will recieve around the true value of San Blas)
3 - All 'tickets' will each carry a different and individual number. Ticket holders do not have to come to the party.
4 - There is no restriction on the number of party 'tickets' that may be purchased by any one individual.
5 - 'Tickets' may not be sold on to third parties or names changed once purchased.
6 - 'Ticket' holders not wishing to wait for the San Blas party and wanting to use a 'ticket' as part payment for accommodation at san blas must identify themselves and the ticket numbers before making the booking online or before hand in an email. Bookings with 'tickets' are subject to normal rates charged and special last minute deals. They are also subject to availability which can be checked online at www.cortijo-san-blas.com and normal terms and conditions apply.
7 - 'Tickets' are valid until the party is held on MAY 1st 2009. After this time they become invalid and no refund nor compensation nor accommodation will be offered or paid. 'Tickets' are 25 euros each. Buy four and get one free.
8 - These 'tickets' are purchased by persons known as 'guests' and are for entrance to the San Blas party event to be held at San Blas. They are valid until this party is held. They are in no way shape or form a 'raffle' ticket or have any connection with a raffle.
9 - No prize can be won with this ticket. It is for entry to a party only. Thus remaining within the law.
10 - By purchasing 'tickets' 'guests' do so in full agreement of all these terms and conditions and do so understanding that the 'ticket' is in no way shape or form connected with the free to enter 'raffle' tickets.
11 - There is no time limit involved, the date of MAY 1st 2009 is set as a guidence and if all tickets are not sold the promoter can alter the date of the party. It is purely based on when all 'tickets' are sold or at 'the promoters' discretion to bring the party forward.
12 - Each 'guest' purchasing 'tickets' should retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for their future reference.
13 - A purchase shall be declared void (without any refund being given) if the guest engages in: (a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent); (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) fraudulent concealment; (d) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or (e) amending, or unauthorized use of, any of the code that constitutes the Website.
14 - Only Individual persons are able to purchase a 'ticket' (not including a limited company, partnership or limited liability partnership)
15 - By purchasing 'tickets' via the Website, Entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
16 - Upon purchasing the 'tickets', all persons must submit all contact details requested by 'the promoters' (which must include a valid e-mail address) which will be used for the following purposes: (a) to keep persons informed as to the progress of the sale of party 'tickets'.
17 - All 'guests' are solely and completely responsible for providing 'the Promoters' with accurate and current contact details.
18 - 'The promoters' will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to make contact with any guest due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the purchasers or otherwise.
19 - The 'tickets' are to be purchased by persons aged 18 or over excluding 'the Promoters', their direct family members, agents, employees, professional advisers or anyone else connected with the development or operation of the Website or conductor administration of 'the promoters' in any way, shape or form.
20 - Purchases made via this website will only be valid.
21 - By purchasing 'tickets' all 'persons' acknowledge that their payment for 'tickets' is for a party to be held at San Blas only.
22 - Purchasers of 'tickets' must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. San Blas will not be liable in any way if a 'guest' purchases a ticket unlawfully.
23 - By purchasing 'tickets' guests warrant that all information which they submit is accurate, true, current and complete. 'The Promoters' reserve the right to refuse admittance to any 'guest' entirely at their own discretion or if there are reasonable grounds to believe the purchaser has acted in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
24 - All monies from 'tickets' sales will become the property of San Blas and its owners on receipt and will not be returned once purchase is complete.
25 - Purchasers of 'tickets' will receive a combined confirmation e-mail / confirmation of purchase from san blas within 2 days of purchase with a ticket number.
26 - Your privicy is taken seriously and 'The promoters' do not retain details of each purchase for subsequent third party or other access directly from the Website. It is the sole responsibility of each purchaser to retain a copy of the confirmatory e-mail referred to above for their future reference.
27 - 'The promoters' reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason.
28 - English is the only language in which a 'guest' may submit their purchase.
29 - These terms and conditions shall not create or be construed as creating any form of contract, joint venture or other agreement between any 'guest' and 'the promoters'.
30 - The purchase of 'tickets' are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason, except in the case of purchases made after the maximum number of 'tickets' has been reached in error.
31 - Each 'guest' agrees that the usual requirement under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods and services ordered
online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to this 'ticket' purchase.
32 - All 'tickets' purchase fees will be maintained in a separate bank account by 'the promoters' until the party day.
33 - Save for death or personal injury 'the promoters' will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission of the Promoters, nor will their servants or their agents.
34 - 'The promoters' will not be liable for any loss suffered by a purchaser as a result of incomplete purchases or failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Website.
35 - 'The promoters' do not accept responsibility for purchases which they do not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, high Internet traffic, hardware failure, software failure, server faults or any other reason. It is the responsibility of purchasers to contact 'the promoters' if you do not receive the combined confirmation E-Mail and receipt as described above within 5 days of the submission of any purchase.

1 - The 'Raffle' tickets are organized and distributed by 'the promoters' at www.cortijo-san-blas.com and www.sanblasforsale.com who's address is Cortijo San Blas, El Campillo, Lizaran, Velez Rubio, Andalucía, 04820. and the owners NIE number X6102302-B
2 - The property know as Cortijo San Blas, its buildings and land, full and clear title deeds are to be given away to the winner of the 'raffle' where tickets are free, NO monies will be paid for these 'raffle' tickets, thus remaining legal. These 'raffle' tickets will be issued on the day of the San Blas party or when 'the promoters' see appropriate.
3 - Tickets are electronic and not paper raffle tickets. No actual paper tickets will be issued.
4 - MAY 1st 2009 is an estimated date for the draw but can be changed. These 'raffle' tickets are in no way shape or form connected with the sale of party 'tickets'.
5 - All 'raffle' tickets will each carry a different and individual number. It is entirely 'the promoters' decision who is issued with free raffle tickets and the decision is final...!
6 - 'Tickets' may not be sold as there is no face value to them or passed on to third parties or names changed once issued free.
7 - The free to enter, no purchase necessary 'raffle' tickets are available upon request (one ticket per envelope received and per person) by writing to "The Promoter, Cortijo San Blas, Lizaran, Velez Rubio, Andalucia, Spain, 04820"
8 - By entering the free 'raffle' you do so in agreement with these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
9 - The ultimate winner of the 'raffle' that will be held at a party will take legal possession of San Blas after the draw.
10 - 'Raffle' ticket holders do not have to be present at the draw for their ticket to be drawn and therefore the ultimate winner does not have to be present when their ticket is drawn. When the 'raffle' draw takes place four runners up will be picked and if the winner fails to take legal possession of san blas within a suitable amount of time it will be awarded to the next runner up.
11 - An entrant shall be declared void if the entrant engages in: (a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent); (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) fraudulent concealment; (d) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or (e) amending, or unauthorized use of, any of the code that constitutes the Website.
12 - Only Individual persons are able to enter the free 'raffle' (not including a limited company, partnership or limited liability partnership)
13 - The winner of the free to enter 'raffle' is the person chosen at random on the 'raffle' draw day to be held at san blas and drawn by at least one independent Spanish solicitors from Velez Rubio chosen by 'the promoters'.
14 - By entering the 'raffle' via email, Entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
15 - All entrants are solely and completely responsible for providing 'the Promoters' with accurate and current contact details when entering by email.
16 - 'The promoters' will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to make contact with any Entrant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the entrant or otherwise.
17 - The 'raffle' tickets are to be requested by persons aged 18 or over excluding 'the Promoters', their direct family members, agents, employees, professional advisers or anyone else connected with the development or operation of the Website or conductor administration of 'the promoters' in any way, shape or form.
18 - Entries made via post will only be valid. Entries must only be submitted once and one entry per person.
19 - Entrants acknowledge that to abtain a 'raffle' tickets there is no purchase necessary.
20 - Entrants of the 'raffle' must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. San Blas will not be liable in any way if an Entrant enters the raffle unlawfully.
21 - By entering the 'raffle' persons warrant that all information which they submit is accurate, true, current and complete. 'The Promoters' reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (entirely at their own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has acted in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
22 - There is a limit to just one free raffle 'ticket' that any one individual person can obtain by any one email address.
23 - No confirmation reply of entry will be made by the 'promoters' once a free raffle ticket has been requested.
24 - Privicy is taken seriously and 'The promoters' do not retain details of each free 'raffle' ticket holder or share any details with third parties.
25 - 'The promoters' reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason.
26 - The 'raffle' prize of San Blas will be transferred by the current owners to the Winner of the draw free from all mortgages and charges and at 'the promoters' expense and including all fees, charges and taxes.
27 - The 'raffle' winner shall ensure that the first Prize of 'Cortijo San Blas' is registered at the Spanish land registry in the winner’s name after completion at the notary. The current owners will advise and assist with this process.
28 - English is the only language in which a individual may submit their email entry.
29 - The process to determine the winner of the 'raffle' will begin the day of the San Blas party.
30 - These terms and conditions shall not create or be construed as creating any form of contract, joint venture or other agreement between any individual and 'the promoters'.
31 - The winner of the 'raffle' Prize will be the ticket holder whose details are randomly drawn before an audience of guests at a private party, members of the Press and in the presence of a Solicitor. There will also be a video of the draw made available within 24 hours hours of the draw.
32 - The draw by the solicitors and 'the promoters' is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the 'raffle' following the determination of the Winner as described above.
33 - The Winner of the 'raffle' who may or may not be present will be required to forward a copy of their passport to the solicitors and 'the promoters' to prove their identity.
34 - If the Winner of the 'raffle' cannot be contacted by either 'the promoters' or the solicitors within 30 days of being notified of their status as the winner by e-mail, telephone and mail to the contact details submitted, 'The promoter' shall be entitled to award the Prize to the next runner up selected on the 'raffle' draw party day as above. (“The Alternate Winner“). The Alternate Winner shall have 7 days from notification of their status by the Promoters to communicate their acceptance of the Prize.
35 - The Winner of the free to enter 'raffle' will be required to sign a transfer deed at a Notary in Spain chosen by 'the promoters', to transfer the Property into their name within 60 days of being notified they are the winner.
36 - The winner of the free to enter 'raffle' agrees to allow 'the promoters' to display his or her name on the Website in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The name, age and town of residence of the Winner will be posted on the Website for the purposes of announcing the Winner of the 'raffle' within 24 hours of the Winner being determined. Later a photo will be published on the website of the winner being handed the keys to San Blas.
37 - 'The promoters' makes no representation or warranty as to the Valuation of the Prize, its structural or cosmetic condition or its ability to be sold. Entrants should make and rely on their own enquiries and legal advice about the Prize before accepting it.
38 - Save for death or personal injury 'the promoters' will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission of the Promoters, nor will their servants or their agents in developing, planning and Administrating, distributing the Prize to the Winner or following the distribution of the Prize.
39 - 'The promoters' accept no liability for errors or omissions contained within the Prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Website. It is the responsibility of each purchaser (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy him/herself as to the accuracy of any such details and/or any content of this website.
40 - 'The promoters' will not be liable for any loss suffered by an entrant as a result of incomplete or failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Website.
